In 2020 Coltrane merged her expertise with The Corcoran Group, where she is now a broker associate. Throughout her tenure, Coltrane has orchestrated the sale of some of Miami's most coveted waterfront development sites, facilitating transactions for entities such as Faena, the Chateau Group, Ocean Terrace Holdings, and the Capo Group, among others. Her portfolio extends beyond traditional real estate transactions, encompassing notable hotel sales in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. 

Coltrane has also ventured into the realm of development, spearheading projects like Parc Plaza and Capobella in Miami Beach, as well as Azure and The Marriot Residence Inn in Surfside. She was also involved in the entitlement and approvals of other residential condominium developments in Fort Lauderdale and in Miami Beach, and a mixed-use condominium venture in North Beach.
